SIGNAL 4.0 can be run from the Macintosh desktop !

SIGNAL 4.0 can be run on a Macintosh computer using a program called VirtualPCtm, which provides Windows XP on the Macintosh desktop. VirtualPC was developed by Connectix but is now owned and supported by Microsoft. |
All computational, display, and programming capabilities of SIGNAL 4.0 are suppported by VirtualPC on the Macintosh. Analog I/O will be supported through the built-in Macintosh sound chip in a future SIGNAL release. |
VirtualPC 6.1 requires a Macintosh G3 or G4, Mac OS 9.2.2 or higher, 192-256 MB memory, and 2 GB of disk space. VirtualPC 7 (forthcoming) will run with Mac OS X on a Macintosh G5. Click here for current requirements. VirtualPC for Windows XP Pro has a list price of $249 (August 2004). |
